• Purchase and sale transactions carried out in our online shop are subject to the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
• All persons aged 18 and over, and persons aged 14-18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, are entitled to shop in the online shop, unless they are emancipated. Legal persons and authorised representatives of the aforementioned persons may also shop.
• By making a purchase, you agree to our privacy policy regarding the storage and processing of personal data.
• Orders are legally binding, so any attempted fraud or false order will be reported to the police.
• You are entitled to a 90-day return guarantee. You can return the goods to the address on the parcel label or the seller can arrange the return. We have the right to claim compensation for any reduction in the value of the goods. When buying goods to order, the return guarantee does not apply.
• We offer delivery directly to your home or other convenient location. Delivery is always free of charge.
• If the product is damaged during transport or you have received a faulty product, we will replace it with a new, equivalent product or refund your money. In this case, the seller is responsible for the delivery costs.
• We offer a 36-month (3-year) warranty.

All remaining goods are the property of MB Avytės prekyba until full payment. Any attempted fraud or false orders will be reported to the police.
