We want all our customers to feel satisfied and secure when they shop online, which is why we offer a 90-day return guarantee.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. The goods must be unassembled, with protective films, and must not have been altered from their original saleable appearance.

Please remember to pack the product securely to avoid damage during transportation.

Quality LED mirrors that have already been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.

Once we receive the goods, we check them and refund the money within 14 days to the same account from which the purchase was made.

When you send the product, you are responsible for the delivery costs. Please send to the same address as on the shipping label of the item you received.

If you want us to take care of the return, please inform us by email info@balticmirror.com and we will arrange a courier to come to you within 1-2 working days with a delivery label. The return price depends on the size and weight of the item.

If the goods are not opened, we will refund the full amount of the goods, excluding the courier costs (if we called the courier). If the goods are opened, we will assess on a case-by-case basis whether a partial refund is possible.

Custom-made goods are non-returnable.

We do everything we can to inspect each item before dispatch and to ensure that the packaging is as secure as possible. Unfortunately, as the parcels contain glass, it sometimes happens that the goods arrive damaged. This happens in about 1% shipments.

If you are unlucky enough to receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will always try to help you as soon as possible. Please send photos of the product to info@balticmirror.com along with other information (your name, order number), describe the situation and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please do not throw away the packaging as it is needed to solve the problem.

If the item has been damaged in transit, is faulty or you have received the wrong item, we will send you a new item or replace it with the correct one free of charge.

If you realise after receiving the product that you do not like the design or size, you can exchange it for another one.

Please do not disassemble the product, remove protective films, i.e. alter the original appearance of the product. We will order a courier who will most likely come for the goods the next working day. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send the new item immediately. You will receive an invoice for the difference in price (if the product you have chosen is more expensive) and for the courier's costs associated with the exchange together with the new product.
