Contact us and you don't have to do anything - we'll arrange a courier to a location convenient for you. Remember to pack your goods properly to avoid damage during transport. The buyer must pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the product is unpacked, with protective films, unassembled - we will refund the full amount less the return shipping costs. If you have more round or oval shaped elements, choose the same mirror. If angular shapes and straight lines dominate the interior, choose a square or rectangular mirror. For a special touch, choose a mirror with an unconventional shape.
Size is one of the most important criteria when choosing a mirror. Measure the dimensions of the cabinet, the sink and the distances from the walls. Note that mirrors visually enlarge a room, so choosing a larger mirror will be more impressive and make the room look a little bigger. If the mirror is just an accent element - choose a smaller LED mirror.
The type of lighting affects the brightness of the light. Selecting only back (background) lighting will accentuate the light, while selecting LED lighting from the front will brighten the light. Finally, assess the space in which the LED mirror will be installed.

Most of our mirrors are 30 mm thick, including 5 mm glass. They include everything you need - the mounting system, wires and transformer. The mirror looks great from both the front and the side, so don't worry if the side of the mirror is visible in the bathroom, not just the front. From the side, you don't see LED dots or unnecessary mirror parts - the finish of LED mirrors is very aesthetic, while the wires remain invisible.

Yes, our LED mirrors have a memory function, so you can switch the mirror on/off with an existing wall switch. The brightness and warmth adjustment will remain available on the mirror.

The exact location is irrelevant. If the electrical wiring is already prepared, the most important thing is that the future LED mirror covers it. If there is no wire yet, it can be planned roughly in the centre of the LED mirror.

The process is really simple: the LED mirror is fixed to the wall by inserting two screw fasteners and connecting the wires. Each mirror comes with short and clear assembly instructions.

We recommend that the mirror is installed at least 10-15 cm above the sink, but this is only a recommendation. The mirror can be installed either higher or lower. The height of the mirror should be such that the whole family can see their reflection comfortably.

No, there is no need for an additional switch as each LED mirror has a touch-sensitive switch. If an additional switch is already provided, it can also be used to switch the mirror on/off.

The mirrors are manufactured using 2835 LED strips with up to 120 LEDs per metre for a really bright light! Our mirrors are significantly brighter than standard LED mirrors.

The LED mirror is best cleaned with a microfibre cloth, just dampen it in warm water. Clean the mirror in a circular motion. For perfect results, use a second, dry microfibre cloth to dry the mirror. For more stubborn traces of dirt, soap with warm water or window cleaner can be used. Other chemicals are strongly advised against - they can damage the mirror and ruin its appearance in the long term.

CRI is the ability of a light source to accurately reproduce the colours of an object compared to natural sunlight. The CRI scale ranges from 0 to 100. 100 means that the colours of the object look exactly the same as in natural sunlight. A CRI of 80-90 is considered good, meaning that most colours are reproduced correctly, but not completely accurately. Our mirrors have a CRI >90, which gives excellent colour reproduction. A high CRI also reduces eye and general fatigue.

This applies to the rear mirror coating, which is resistant to corrosion and tarnishing. Traditional silver mirrors do not protect the mirror from tarnishing and corrosion in humid environments.
